Refund/Returns & Shipping Policy
Shipping & Delivery
• Orders are processed upon payment (or credit approval) and confirmation of order acceptance by us.
• Delivery will be to the address you specify. Delivery costs (freight, handling) may be billed separately or included in the price—this will be clearly shown.
• Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only; we are not liable for delays (see Force Majeure clause in T&Cs).
• You must inspect the Products on delivery for damage, defects or shortages and notify us within 48 hours (or such timeframe we specify) to claim for any issues.
• Risk transfers to you upon dispatch from our premises (or supplier’s premises). Title passes to you when full payment is received (unless otherwise agreed).
• Special/custom orders may have longer lead times and may be non-cancelable or subject to special conditions.
Refunds & Returns
• Because we supply construction materials (and often in bulk) all returns are subject to our prior written approval.
• You may only return Products if:
– They are faulty or not as described; and
– You notify us within 48 hours of delivery (or such timeframe) with details of the issue; and
– You have our authorisation to return.
• Returns must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging (unless faulty). You may be responsible for return freight unless we agree otherwise.
• We may inspect returned Products before issuing any refund, credit or replacement.
• Refund (or credit) will only be processed once we receive the returned Products (or we determine you are entitled).
• We do not accept returns for Products that were ordered in error by the Buyer, unless agreed in writing and subject to restocking fees.
• If a refund is given, we will refund (in AUD) the price paid for the Product less any freight or handling costs, subject to any agreed deductions (e.g., restocking fee).
• If we deliver incorrect Products, we will arrange for collection and replacement at no charge to you.
