Definitions
• ‘Buyer’, ‘you’, ‘your’ means the person or entity placing an order via the Website or otherwise using our services.
• ‘Supplier’, ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’ means Aussie Supply Hub.
• ‘Products’ means the materials/supplies listed on the Website that we supply or arrange for supply.
• ‘Order’ means your request to purchase Products via the Website or otherwise, subject to acceptance by us.
Acceptance of Orders
• All Orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may reject or cancel an Order for any reason (e.g., stock unavailability, pricing error, credit check).
• Upon acceptance, a contract is formed between you and us, on these T&Cs (and any additional conditions we notify).
• The contract is for supply of the Products only—not for any other services unless expressly agreed in writing.
